About Overbrook Builders

As a Design-Build firm, we specialize in taking projects from idea to completion. Being involved in the entire process helps guarantee a cohesive space, with all the details “just so”! When thoughtfully detailed, materials bring an idea to life by providing structure, interpreting light, creating space and linking us to the natural landscape. We believe that the importance rests in the details!

Our job as designers is to craft a space out of light, atmosphere, wood, metal, stone, and glass to create a haven where you can rest and work. A place that refreshes your being, nourishes your spirit and stimulates the senses.

Right Line

We strive to blur the line between the inside and the outside. Years of cross-training in ornamental horticulture and landscape design gives us the ability to completely integrate our interior designs to the garden and natural landscape of your property.

Our buildings are somewhat unusual. We strive to incorporate antique and unusual architectural elements into our designs. We have taken many modern buildings “back in time” through the inclusion of period elements such as doors, windows, trim, floors, cabinetry, staircases and lighting. We work to create a unique feeling in any space we build. Our work has been described as “quirky vernacular” and “Santa Fe meets Chester County”. We embrace many of the concepts of wabi-sabi in our work.
